Guns are violent things aren’t they?
BAM!
The loud, destructive noise fills your brain with fear and paranoia. The echo doesn’t seem to die. The mind feels sick. It sees blood, pain and distrust.
A guy is standing in his room, having a quiet conversation with his thoughts. Some of the ugly thoughts, ones he’d rather not think, have appointed a lawer to speak on their behalf.
‘Think of that gunshot. That is how you kill us! That is how violent you are becoming!’
And he starts thinking about how he has always despised guns, how he has always thought they should be outlawed. The terrible, unwanton and unthinking destruction they cause. Guns. They ... Slowly, his mind begins to wander. He thinks about how abruptly they kill. Not a slow, torturous, drawn out death, with the nagging worry of reprisal, but quick! BAM! and goes the thing you didn’t want.
The ugly thoughts are saying,
‘You should ...’
End of scene. (No dialogue)
